Our Scholarship Tiers

Excellence Scholarship — 90% & Above
At Gurukul, academic excellence should never be a privilege. Students who have demonstrated exceptional academic merit by securing 90% or above in their qualifying Board or promotion examination are granted full admission free of charge. Because brilliance must not be bounded by circumstance.
Financial Aid Programme
Beyond our structured scholarship tiers, Gurukul maintains a dedicated Financial Aid Fund for students in genuine need. We believe in meeting every child where they are. If a family is facing extraordinary financial difficulty, we encourage them to approach the school administration confidentially for an assessment of available support.
Merit Scholarship — 85% & Above
Hard work deserves to be rewarded. Students who have shown strong academic performance with 85% and above receive a 50% concession on their admission fees — a meaningful gesture of recognition and support as they continue their educational journey at Gurukul.
Social Justice Scholarship — BPL Students (75%+)
Education is the most powerful weapon against poverty. Gurukul's Social Justice Scholarship ensures that no child — regardless of their family's economic condition — is denied quality education. BPL card-holding students who score 75% or above are evaluated for special financial benefits on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that economic hardship is never a barrier to ambition.

How to Apply
Collect Your Documents
Gather your mark sheet, income certificate (if applicable), BPL card (if applicable), and a completed application form from our admissions office.
Submit Application
Visit the school office between 9 AM – 1 PM on working days, or send your application by email to admissions@gurukul.edu.in with all supporting documents.
Receive Your Scholarship
Our admissions committee reviews all applications within 7 working days. Successful candidates receive a scholarship letter confirming their fee concession.
